What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your email address and the time you joined. Nothing else: this site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.

Why

To invite you to the Hexley beta, to ask you a few questions about it beforehand, and to tell you when Hexley launches. The legal basis is your consent, given by joining the waitlist (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection). We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Who processes it

The site and the waitlist database run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA, and its EU subsidiaries). Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person and not a bot; for this it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information. Cloudflare may process data outside Switzerland and the EU; transfers are covered by the EU–U.S. and Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks and standard contractual clauses.

How long

Until you withdraw your consent, and at the latest 12 months after Hexley's public launch. Then we delete your entry.

Your rights

You can ask what we store about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future: just write to the email address above, or reply to any of our emails. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Swiss FDPIC or the authority in your EU country.
